Simple four ingredient bread recipe that is fast, easy and delicious

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Yeast (any kind)
- 3 cups Warm water
- 6 1/2 cups Unbleached flour (Lehi roller Mills from Costco)

Mix dough in bucket with a fork, no mixer.

Cover and Let rise 2 hours on counter

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (you can cheat this, but it is harder to work with)

Form loaf (grapefruit size or 1 lb if you have a scale, but no bigger than 1 1/2 lbs) seam down.

Let rest 40 minutes, on precut piece of parchment paper (no cornmeal)

Preheat to 450° for 20 of those 40 minutes.

Place broiler pan in oven for preheat

Dust loaf with flour, slash with serrated knife.

Place on hot pizza stone, pour 1 cup of hot water into broiler pan, close the door to trap steam.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and hard when you tap on it.
