Ingredients
- 1 Lemon cake mix
- 1 Small box lemon 🍋 pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- Fresh berries
- Lemon cream sauce: below
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Freshly grated lemon peel
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325

2 Mix all ingredients in a bowl on low speed with hand mixer until well incorporated and per cake mix instructions.

grease Bundt cake pan and spread batter evenly

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown and cracked.

Cool completely before serving.

Serve with Optional Lemon sauce dollop onto individual pieces and add sliced berries.
